Professional Training

Enrolling now for October 2026

What are we teaching?

Interactive Erotic Education supports adults to access more pleasure, overcome blocks to intimacy and learn sexual and relational skills in a connection oriented container. Sessions involve practicing relational and somatic skills with a professional who is experienced, non-judgmental, grounded, and authentic. Practitioners all work in their own ways, within their own professional boundaries and will encourage their clients to find their own boundaries as well. This means that sessions can include anything from no touch or one way touch to two way touch, clothes coming off, genital touch or penetrative activities.

Interactive Erotic Educators are somatic sex practitioners and coaches who utilize their body as a tool to help clients learn and heal through exploration and play. There are a few core principles guiding the work. The first is a client-centered approach to promote empowerment and support, and relevant whether the practitioner is working with individuals, couples, people in alternative relationships, or groups. The second is honouring the wisdom of the body through use of somatic inquiry and experiential learning to deepen the client’s understanding, sensitivity, and consciousness regarding the stream of information coming through their felt sensing. The third is relational accountability - a practitioner working interactively works to remain aware of how their own edges and biases are touched on in their work and are committed to doing their own inner work and receiving support around these.

For practitioners, the course is designed to provide students with the knowledge, skills, values, and ethical foundations for offering relational and potentially two-way touch practice and working within an educational erotic framework.

Why is it important?

If you are reading this, you are already aware of the limited education available to most people when it comes to sex and pleasure. We believe that it is crucial for every individual to have access to information about pleasure, and that this information can and should be presented in various formats to accommodate the needs and learning styles of different individuals. When a practitioner can engage with their clients through their bodies, it creates a unique and profound opportunity for change. Humans learn best through experimentation, so providing a much-needed and rare space for people to explore, experiment, and learn about pleasure is a wonderful gift to offer to the world.

Who is it for?

This course is designed for sex workers and practitioners who exchange physical touch with their clients and wish to incorporate an educational approach into their practice. It is also beneficial for CSBs looking to broaden their practice with interactive sex education and coaching. Enrollment is open to anyone interested in using eroticism as a means of self-exploration and growth.

What will graduates receive?

At this stage we are unable to certify graduates with an accredited Certification. We are attempting to secure insurance for teaching the course which is a prerequisite to becoming part of the Institute of Somatic Sexology and offering training as part of their faculty. This is our goal.

Students will receive a Certificate of Completion, and they will have access to our Graduate Community where they can connect with others from around the globe who have passed through our training.

We offer monthly group supervision, held each month by one of our five facilitators in rotation. All graduates are welcome to attend.
